LMS Building Systems has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor in Nevada by The Review-Journal and Business Press. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
“Being named a Top Workplace is a big deal — only 40 companies made this year’s list. We are honored, especially because the judges were our associates, says LMS president John Kotek. “The anonymous survey uniquely measured 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few and we received 87% engagement.”
The award came during the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Considered an essential business, LMS has remained open through the challenging time to service clients and work on some of the city’s major construction projects, including Allegiant Stadium and Resorts World.
“We are working from different places. Some are in the field, many are working from home, and a few are in the office. There is no better time than now to receive this recognition to bring us even closer,” says Kotek.
